CANCELLATION POLIC
For the cancellation of the Registration, Accomodation,Exhibition Area and Half Day Tour Programmes bookings until the date of August 3, 2007, only the  50% of the received payment will be refund to the participiant. Cancellations received after August 3, 2007, will not entitle to any refund. All refunds will be processed after the Summit.

IDENTIFICATION BADGE
All participants and companions will be given Identification Badges. Participiants who do not have  their Identification Badges will not be able to participate in the summit activities. The Identification Badges given to stand staff may only be used within the exhibition area. Exhibitors can utilize all the services provided to delegates after paying the Delegate Registration Fee.
